Week 2
This week I learned what a Twitter account is and how to set one up. I also was introduced to TweetDeck.
Personally, I will keep in contact with family and friends, check weather and news reports, learn more about my hobbies and music.
At work, I could send out PSAs to patrons and keep them informed of closures.
Libraries who have a strong facebook following like yours might not find Twitter as useful for promoting the library because it means dividing your efforts. Depending on what you think people in your community are also using.
